Ordering Information

Basic product listings in a printable brochure.

Items are shipped within 2 business days; unless it is a holiday or special order.

All items are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 3 days upon receipt.
Shipping the defective item will be refunded.

Canceled orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
If your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.
Most orders are processed and packaged same day ordered, or the next morning.

If you have not recieved your order within 2 weeks of your purchase date, please email us immediatly. If it goes past 30 days of your original order purchase without hearing from you, we are no longer responsible.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just contact us within 72 hours after you receive your order. Please include the name on the order, order number, and your email address.

Shipping

We use USPS for shipping. Flat rate shipping is $5.80 - $7.95 - $10.80 (depending on size) any where in the United States. Contact me with any questions.

In the shopping cart shipping is added to the left of the screen. Put in your zip code and spell your state in full. It will not take abbreviations.

The shipping also includes insurance.

Minimum 100 bars made to order.

You can customize this order by choosing more than once scent.
Minimum 50 bars of the same scent.

Initially these soaps are sold unwrapped, however if you would like to add wrapping for your special occasion or gift, please contact me for further information on how to get a custom message added.
