Foot soak-Bath soak goes a long ways. Use one tablespoon for a bath. One teaspoon for a foot soak. For the foot soak, add the desired amount to very warm water, soak for about twenty minutes. If you need, use a pumice stone to remove skin buildup, being careful not to remove too much. Slather our natural shea butter lotion, or the cocoa butter lotion on. Put on a pair of cotton socks on. By morning your feet will feel smooth and soft.
